Traditional exhaust method
Take out the infusion set, first, connect the filter with the scalp needle tightly, then insert the needle root into the liquid bottle, then hang the infusion bottle on the infusion stand, hold the dropper upside down into a "U" shape, and wait for the liquid level to rise to 1/1/2. At 3-1/2, turn the dropper upside down and let the infusion tube sag naturally, and drop the liquid water column in the dropper directly into the infusion tube below the Murphy dropper until the air in the dropper is exhausted, and when the liquid reaches 2/3 of the scalp needle, close the regulator to be punctured.
Improved exhaust method
After taking out the infusion set, first, connect the infusion tube filter with the scalp needle tightly, then insert the infusion set into the bottle to the root of the needle, turn the dropper upside down with your left hand and hang it on the infusion stand, then hang the infusion bottle on the infusion stand.
Hold the inverted dropper in the middle of the right hand, squeeze the dropper as hard as possible with your thumb and forefinger, and then release it suddenly, making the infusion tube at the bottle mouth end into a "U" shape.
The liquid water column in the tube will quickly reach 1/3-1/2 or use the right hand to hold the bottle mouth end of the infusion tube into a "U" shape and squeeze the infusion bottle with the left hand, the water in the dropper can also be quickly filled to 1/2. 3-1/2, then slowly reverse the dropper and keep it inclined, the liquid water column in the dropper can flow downward along the inclined dropper wall, unobstructed. In the case of no air, when the direct current reaches 2/3 of the scalp needle tube, close the regulator, and then drain the air bubbles in the scalp needle before puncturing to puncture.
Advantages of using the modified exhaust method
1. The improved exhaust method makes the dropper quickly generate a large negative pressure by squeezing the center of the Murphy dropper as much as possible, and the air quickly enters the liquid bottle, so that the liquid bottle quickly changes to positive pressure, and the positive pressure and negative pressure make the liquid in the bottle quickly flow into the dropper, which accelerates the filling speed of the dropper.
Alternatively, squeeze the liquid bottle directly to quickly fill the Murphy dropper. This changes the traditional method of filling the dropper only by the action of liquid gravity, avoiding the shortcomings of long waiting time and slow exhaust speed.
2. During the entire exhaust process, the Murphy dropper has been inclined, and the liquid will flow along the sidewall of the Murphy dropper and then flow to the lower infusion tube. In this way, the downward impact force of the liquid can be buffered on the measuring wall of the dropper, thereby reducing the occurrence of small air bubbles on the wall of the infusion tube.
Although some small air bubbles may be generated when the water column is rapidly flowing into the dropper, try to keep the air bubbles suspended on the liquid surface of the Murphy dropper as much as possible.
3. In the traditional method, the dropper is in a vertical downward state during the exhaust process, and the liquid water column flows rapidly to the lower end infusion tube of Murphy in a straight line so that it is easy to produce a large impact force on the measurement wall of the infusion tube.
It will form a cyclone and splashing liquid and then there are many small bubbles or small water droplets attached to the measuring wall of the infusion tube, resulting in the residual bubbles in the pipeline, which needs to be repeatedly bounced. This affects the success rate of one-time exhaust and prolongs the exhaust time. The improved exhaust can effectively avoid the occurrence of the above problems.
4. When the improved method is used to exhaust, keep the terminal filter vertically upward, the upper part of which is connected to the scalp needle, forming structural protection with low surrounding and high in the middle.
5. Turn off the regulator when the night body is discharged to 2/3 of the scalp needle. When puncturing, you only need to empty the air in the remaining 1/3 of the scalp needle tube to puncture, which saves time and does not waste the night volume, thus changing the traditional method that requires repeated bombardment and wastes the night volume.
